PROS: If you prefer it to be really airy or want to spend the night mosquito-free under the stars, simply remove the roof and sleep under the mosquito mesh inner tent. The price is inexpensive compared to some others on this list.

CONS: I found the tent sagged a bit lengthways, in spite of frequently tightening the straps round the edge/bottom of the flysheet.

a few excellent lightweight contenders have been missed,1) the ‘Big Agnes UL2 Platinum’ is a 2man 700g very spacious tent, 2) the ‘stephenson warmlite 2′ for a 4 season, 2man, 900g tent. 3)’Z-packs hexamid’ for a 450g tent(if you take hiking poles) for summer. 4)’mountain hardware direkt 2′ 1.3kg for a bomber winter climbing tent
